When reserving your luxury private Yosemite, San Francisco or custom tour with us, please be ready to provide:
- Your full name
- Contact email, phone number and local address
- Credit card details including exp. date, CVV and billing zip code
A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due by credit card seven (7) days prior to departure.
For Private San Francisco tours (because your final tour time varies), we require a $200 deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of your tour.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Passengers and Suitcases
Please consider the number of passengers and luggage (including golf bags) in your party before you reserve. Our vehicles hold plenty, but we do have limits.
Our luggage policy is the same as airline carry-ons. You are allowed one bag no larger than 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), including handles and wheels (golf bags exempted).
Please bring items and luggage which are only needed for your tour. Your larger bags can be safely stored with your hotel concierge in San Francisco.
