Reservations
When reserving your luxury private Yosemite, San Francisco, or California coast tour with us, please be ready to provide:
- Your full name
- Contact email, phone number and pickup location
- Credit card details including exp. date, CVV and billing postal code
A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due by credit card seven (7) days before departure.
For Private San Francisco Tours, because your final time will vary, we require a $200 deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of your tour.
Our Private Yosemite One Day Tours require a $300 deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of your tour.
For large group reservations (more than 5 guests), we require a 50% deposit with the remainder paid 60 days before your departure, with a 20% gratuity added to all tours with more than 5 guests, longer than 4 days, or reserved by third-party suppliers such as an executive assistant or travel agency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Passengers and Suitcases
Please consider the number of passengers and luggage (including golf bags) in your party before you reserve. Our vehicles hold plenty, but we do have limits.
Luggage Capacity
Our luggage policy is the same as airline carry-ons. You are allowed one bag no larger than 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), including handles and wheels (golf bags exempted).
Please bring items and luggage that are only needed for your tour. Your larger bags can be safely stored with your hotel concierge in San Francisco.
Passenger Capacity
When a private tour is offered, not many companies go into seating details — what is comfortable and why. We do this at White Wolf Private Tours because it’s the right thing to do.
Seating Capacity — Luxury Private Yosemite Tour
We carry equipment on our private Yosemite tours to make your experience more enjoyable. Because of that, our Mercedes Benz GL 450 can hold 1-3 passengers comfortably, with 4 passengers maximum (with no more than three guests recommended for multi-day tours):
Three (3) seats are recommended with four (4) seats maximum
Seating Capacity — Luxury Private San Francisco Tour
No equipment is required on our private San Francisco tours, therefore, our Mercedes Benz GL 450 can hold 1-4 passengers comfortably, with 5-6 passengers maximum (although not recommended):
Five (5) seats are recommended with six (6) seats maximum
In summary, we recommend all private tours be limited to 1-3 guests for maximum comfort. Anything more, and it will begin to take away from your overall private tour experience. All experiences with luggage are a maximum of 3 guests with no exceptions.
Smoking and Pets
All White Wolf Private Tour vehicles are non-smoking, with no pets allowed on our tours at any time.
Charged Rates
Our hourly rate is charged in 5-minute increments and begins from your scheduled departure time. We also charge empty car time for out-of-city pickups and dropoffs. (such as on a one-way private tour from San Francisco to L.A.).
No Shows
With a No Show, we charge the full amount of your tour fee. Our private guides are instructed to wait one hour before your tour is marked as a No Show.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your tour…
- More than 120 days prior to departure: 80% refund, not including third-party supplier cancellation fees (such as hotels, restaurants, etc.)
- Within 60-120 days prior to departure: 50% refund, not including third-party supplier cancellation fees (such as hotels, restaurants, etc.)
- Within 0-60 days prior to departure: 25% refund, not including third-party supplier cancellation fees (such as hotels, restaurants, etc.)
Canceling less than 48 hours of your tour date will result in full loss of tour funds.
