When reserving your luxury private Yosemite, San Francisco or custom tour with us, please be ready to provide:
- Your full name
- Contact email, phone number and local address
- Credit card details including exp. date, CVV and billing postal code
A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due by credit card seven (7) days prior to departure.
For Private San Francisco Tours, because your final city tour time varies, we require a $200 deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion of your tour.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
Passengers and Suitcases
Please consider the number of passengers and luggage (including golf bags) in your party before you reserve. Our vehicles hold plenty, but we do have limits.
Our luggage policy is the same as airline carry-ons. You are allowed one bag no larger than 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), including handles and wheels (golf bags exempted).
Please bring items and luggage which are only needed for your tour. Your larger bags can be safely stored with your hotel concierge in San Francisco.
When a private tour is offered, not many companies go into details of seating — what is comfortable and why. At White Wolf Private Tours, we do, because it’s the right thing to do.
Seating Capacity — Luxury Private Yosemite Tour
We carry equipment on our private Yosemite tours to make your experience more enjoyable. Because of that, our Mercedes Benz GL 450 can hold 1-3 passengers comfortably, and 4 passengers maximum:
Three (3) seats are recommended with four (4) seats maximum
Seating Capacity — Luxury Private San Francisco Tour
No equipment is required on our private San Francisco tours, therefore, our Mercedes Benz GL 450 can hold 1-5 passengers comfortably, and 6 passengers maximum:
Five (5) seats are recommended with six (6) seats maximum
All White Wolf Private Tour vehicles are non-smoking.
Our hourly rate is charged in 5-minute increments and begins from your scheduled departure time. We charge empty car time for one-way drops and for long-distance pickups and drop-offs. There is a $50 per car seat surcharge, when applicable.
If you fail to show up we will attempt to contact you using the information you provided. With a No Show, we charge you the full amount of your tour fee.
If you cancel your tour…
- >31 days prior to departure: 90% refund (except for Yosemite Wilderness Tours — 120 days)
- 30 days prior to departure: 75% refund
- 7 days prior to departure: 50% refund
Cancelling less than 4 days (96 hours) of your tour date will result in full loss of tour funds.
